We now have the ability to offer a full killing and cutting up service. We can arrange for you animals to go to a local slaughter house, they then will transport them back to us in a chilled van.If it is a beef animal you wish to have cut up then the carcase can be hung in our hanging room for three weeks or as long as required for improved flavour.
The meat is cut to your personal requirements and packaged as required. The service can also include the making of sausages, burgers, bacon and gammons.
A further option availible to you is to come along and help the butcher prepare the animal to your requirements and learn butchery at the same time.
